Platinum Outsourcing and Logistics Documents Handler Rider-Driver Jobs in Kenya;The Documents Handler Rider‑Driver will ensure safe, timely and efficient collection, handling, transportation and delivery of documents and official items between the company, clients, government agencies, banks and other designated locations.

The role requires operating both motorcycles and motor vehicles while maintaining confidentiality, accountability, road safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, transport and deliver documents, invoices, contracts and other official materials.

  • Safely operate company motorcycles and vehicles in compliance with traffic laws.

  • Record and account for all documents collected or delivered.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of information handled.

  • Obtain signatures, stamps or receipts as proof of delivery.

  • Follow up on documents submitted to external offices and provide feedback.

  • Maintain accurate daily movement, delivery and mileage records.

  • Conduct basic checks on vehicles/motorcycles and report defects.

  • Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and cost control.

  • Assist with office errands and administrative support when required.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • KCSE Certificate or equivalent.

  • Valid Kenyan Driving Licence – Class B (cars/light vans).

  • Valid Kenyan Motorcycle Riding Licence – Class A.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in driving, riding, courier or
    logistics.

  • Experience in corporate, clearing & forwarding or supply‑chain environment an advantage.

  • Knowledge of traffic rules and road safety.

  • Clean driving/riding record.

  • Excellent driving and motorcycle riding skills.

  • Good knowledge of Nairobi routes and road networks.

  • Strong organizational and document‑handling skills.

  • Integrity, confidentiality and accountability.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Professional, reliable and customer‑focused.

  • Basic smartphone and GPS/Google Maps usage knowledge.

    Experience

  • 2–3 years’ professional experience in riding, driving or logistics.
