Platinum Outsourcing and Logistics Control Tower Analyst – Supply Chain Jobs in Kenya



Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Generate comprehensive reports on inbound and outbound CT activities.

  • KPI Monitoring – Track delivery conformance, TAT, order fulfillment, and route deviations.

  • Risk Identification – Highlight operational risks and escalate appropriately.

  • Insights Generation – Use analytics to recommend process improvements and cost optimization.

  • Telematics Integration – Consolidate GPS and telematics data for dashboards.

  • Collaboration – Support inbound/outbound trackers with insights and consolidated reports.

  • Data Visualization – Develop dashboards for live monitoring of KPIs.

  • Compliance & Transparency – Ensure reporting aligns with client requirements and is auditable.

  • Data Presentation – Present findings to project teams or clients clearly and effectively.

  • Training & Development – Work with Data Processing Manager to train junior staff.

  • Documentation – Ensure processes are properly documented for transparency and future reference.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, or Supply Chain related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • Advanced training in data analytics preferred.

  • Good knowledge of IT and computer systems.

  • Proven experience in data analysis and visualization tools.

  • Strong understanding of data processing and migration techniques.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Key Skills

  • Advanced data analysis and visualization (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python).

  • Statistical modelling and forecasting.

  • Strong report writing and presentation skills.

  • Supply chain and logistics knowledge.

  • Problem‑solving and risk assessment.
