Duties and Responsibilities

• Record all payments, sales invoices, goods receiving note, store issue vouchers as per the accounting standards and company requirements and met the due date.

• Ensure that all payments are properly checked and authorized for budget before payment processing.

• Ensure that all stock in and out is properly performed in a manner to maintain in-stock conditions in accordance with company inventory control policy.

• Responsible to record all cash and cheque collections and allocate against customers’ outstanding receivables

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations

• Ensure that all company’s taxes are captured properly in the ledger and settled correctly and timely

• Reconcile IT/WHT/VAT ledgers against monthly declarations/payments to the tax office and follow-up tax claims/refunds

• Regularly report the status of pending tax issues to Finance Manager

• Prepare periodic financial report as per the accounting standards and company requirements and meet the due date.

• Perform related duties as assigned by Finance Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BA in Accounting or related fields.

• 3+ years of experience; manufacturing companies is preferable.

• Computer literate - Word, Excel and Peachtree accounting is must.
