Piloting Undergraduate Scholarship

I would like to be a Pilot trained abroad. I sat for my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education last year (K.C.S.E) and obtained a mean grade of C+. Am I eligible to access this scholarship because am not able to raise the funds that may be needed.
