Role Summary:

Phirdos Kenya Limited is the Wholesale & Retail Franchise Owner for Clarks and Skechers in East Africa.

We are looking for talented and skilled logistics personnel to join our fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.

Carry out packing and warehousing, and storage duties in preparation for the specifics shipment.

Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.

Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.

Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all goods ordered.

Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g., truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements

Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.

Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.

Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.

Prepare accurate shipment and supply reports as advised from time to time by the Director of Logistics and corporate service.

Qualifications

Proven experience as logistics coordinator. At least 1.5 years of proven experience.

Experience working in the retail industry will also be an added advantage.

Knowledge of laws and regulations i.e., IDF, KEBS etc. is an added advantage.

Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.

Must be computer literate.

Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

BSc/BA or Diploma in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
