Responsibilities
  • You will be reporting to and working closely with the Marketing Team and Construction Team.
  • Find suitable clients for the Company’s properties or third party properties details of which are provided by the Company, and fulfilling the request of such clients.
  • Pursue leads and occasionally provide information/leads on the Company’s properties and real estate products.
  • Liaise with the content department of the Company for the creation of content on a weekly basis for the running of ads of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms.
  • Ensure third-party listings of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms in Nigeria for the listing of real estate products and properties.
  • Do all that is necessary and ancillary for the promotion and sale of the Company’s properties and real estate products.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly

    Requirements
  • Preferred candidate: Must be a Graduate from any discipline
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of Real Estate products and services
  • Extensive knowledge of the Nigeria Real Estate
    industry
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Excellent Organizational skill and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work weekend.
  • Excellent Communication skill.
