PhD Scholarships in Biomedical Sciences

How I can get PhD scholarships in Biomedical sciences, most scholarships are for other counteries not for Oman. I have a Master in Biomedical sciences (Immunohaematology). I would like to get a scholarship in interior design a short course 3 to 6 months.
