Phd Scholarship

I have graduated with MSc degree in Agricultural economics ( Ag. marketing, major)and have served as a researcher and lecturer in Ethiopian Agricultural Research Institution and Jima University respectively for the last five years.

I have tried all my best to get an opportunity for my PhD study, But I could not get that, would you please help me on that ?
