PhD Scholarship in Textile Technology

I am from Ethiopia, 38 years old female and have Masters in Textile Technology. But now even though I have a good G.P.A 3.79 and Excellent master thesis presentation due to financial problem, am unable to continue with my education to PhD level since I am from developed country. I need a scholarship to support my education.
