PhD Scholarship in Public Health

I am a holder of a Bachelors in Social Work and Social Administration, completed a masters in Development Studies, completing my research for award of master in Public Health hopefully in the next two months.

I would like to do a PhD in Public Health with a research focusing on the "government policies and community participation in fight against Malaria in developing countries" a case of Uganda. How can I get a fully funded scholarship?
