Hello dear Sir/Madam
I am a fourth year PhD student at Addis Ababa Univesity, Ethiopia, in the field of Education Policy and Leadership.

I am now doing my dissertation on Ethiopian Higher Education Policy. I am thus looking for scholarship to go to outside of Ethiopia and see the higher education policy and practice of other countries as well as do my dissertation with full attention.

So I would be immensely glad if you facilitate such opportunity for me.I am eagerly looking forward to hearing from you any information.
