Phd Scholarship and Jobs in Biochemistry

I have done M.Sc.(medical biochemistry )from one medical college of Punjab(India)in Dec,2007.

Now I want to pursue PhD in the same field or molecular biology in any good medical college or university of USA,UK or Australia.

Can you please help by telling me which college or universities gives full scholarship for that.

I also want to know is there any job in the field of biochemistry that I can do in the above mentioned continents.
