PhD Research Scholarships

I just missed a prestigious scholarship for Science and Technology to do a PhD research. I was a runner up candidate for the whole country. My research topic is using a participatory GIS for sustainable land use planning in Mutunda, Uganda. I would be grateful for a scholarship grant in this respect.
