PHD research in USA , Canada, or Europe

I am a graduate of Environmental chemistry from Lagos State University in Nigeria. I presently have MSc in environmental and analytical chemistry and desire to do my PHD research in environmental engineering and sustainability studies in any of the above mentioned continents.
