PhD Research Grant

I am going to finish my first year PhD class at school of public, Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. However, the university will not cover my research cost to finish the study on time, so that I am looking for organizations which can support me on this regard.

So can I have detail information on how to apply for such grant and support?
