PhD Funding

I am Lecturer in the Institute of Rural Development Planning(IRDP) in Tanzania. I have secured provisional admission at Nelson Mandela Institute of Science and Technology(NM-AIST). Due to financial constrains, am not able to fund my education. Am kindly asking for funding available so that I can start the course in October.
