PhD and Masters Research Scholarships

I have been offered a scholarship at the University of Camerino in Italy for a PhD position in malaria and Human development.

The scholarship however only covers fees for three years which is the duration of the course.

My problem is that i may not take up this position if i do not get support to take care of my upkeep, traveling and other related expenses for the duration of the course.

My question is could you be in a position to connect me with persons or organizations that could help me in this venture.
