Qualifications

  • At least KCSE certificate or equivalent.

  • Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Catering is an added advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily food preparation, serving, and arrangement of meals for patients, staff, and visitors.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.

  • Support catering operations during hospital events and special functions.

  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food supplies and equipment.

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
