Job Summary

A leading Technical College in Kenya with a proven track record in producing competent and qualified professional is currently recruiting for the following positions: College Tutors. .

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enrolling students in class as per the laid polices of the institution/company

• Training as per the recommended syllabus.

• Ensuring extensive follow-up including telemarketing/marketing.

• Be in charge of operations, assets and tools of work at your area of jurisdiction

• Any other assignment given to you by the principal/ senior manager appointed by the employer.

Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of a Higher Diploma in the relevant field

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the same or related field

• Excellent Communication skills and fluency both in English and Kiswahili.

• Knowledge of all government requirements of tertiary institutions

• A good performance track record

• Highly resourceful team player.

• Assisting in implementation of institutional policies to aid in achieving the goals of the institution
