Peoplelink Consultants Ltd Tenders Sales Representative Jobs in Kenya; The Tenders Sales Representative will manage the end‑to‑end tender and bid process, ensuring compliant submissions, competitive pricing, and strong institutional relationships.

The role involves identifying opportunities, preparing bids, coordinating with internal teams, and driving growth through institutional sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and track tender opportunities from government portals and institutional buyers.

  • Review tender documents to assess eligibility, requirements and deadlines.

  • Prepare and submit complete and compliant tender/bid documents.

  • Conduct pricing and costing analysis to ensure competitive bids.

  • Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse and Technical teams for required documentation.

  • Maintain company prequalification, registration and compliance documents.

  • Prepare bid securities, performance bonds and other tender requirements.

  • Build and maintain relationships with procurement officers, government agencies and institutional buyers.

  • Monitor tender awards and follow up on contract execution, deliveries and payments.

  • Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations and company policies.

  • Prepare periodic tender and sales reports for management.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business,
    Sales & Marketing, Procurement or related field.

  • Diploma in relevant field may be considered with experience.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in tender/bid management or institutional sales, preferably in medical, laboratory or healthcare sector.

  • Practical experience preparing and submitting tender/bid documents.

  • Knowledge of Kenya’s public procurement processes (PPRA, PPADA, IFMIS, e‑GP) an advantage.

  • Strong skills in tender management, proposal writing, pricing/costing and compliance.
