Peoplelink Consultants Ltd Marketing Executive Jobs in Kenya;The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote medical and laboratory products, strengthen brand visibility, and support sales growth.

The role involves developing marketing materials, managing digital platforms, coordinating promotional events, and monitoring campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote medical and laboratory products.

  • Develop marketing materials, catalogues, brochures and digital content.

  • Manage social media platforms and website content to enhance brand visibility.

  • Coordinate trade exhibitions, conferences, CME events and promotional activities.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Support sales team with product information, promotional materials and campaign leads.

  • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities with internal teams and vendors.

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

  • Track campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.

  • Diploma in Marketing, Nursing, Clinical Medicine or related field may be considered with experience.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, brand management or product promotion, preferably in medical, healthcare or FMCG sector.

  • Experience in planning and executing campaigns, product launches and promotional events.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Excellent communication, content creation and copywriting skills.

  • Professional certification (CIM, MSK, NCK or equivalent) an added advantage.
