Peoplelink Consultants Ltd Laboratory Sales Representative Jobs in Kenya ; The Laboratory Sales Representative will promote and sell laboratory equipment, reagents and diagnostic consumables to hospitals, clinics, laboratories and healthcare institutions.

The role involves building strong client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, preparing bids and quotations, and achieving territory sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell laboratory equipment, reagents and diagnostic consumables.

  • Build and maintain relationships with laboratory technologists, pathologists, procurement officers and administrators.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and customer training.

  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and tender documents.

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals and market research.

  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline records via CRM systems.

  • Coordinate product installation, calibration and training with technical teams.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Prepare regular sales, activity and forecast reports for management.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Sales/Marketing or related field.

  • Diploma in relevant field may be considered with experience.

  • 1–3 years’ sales experience, preferably in laboratory equipment, diagnostics or healthcare products.

  • Experience selling laboratory equipment, reagents or consumables an advantage.

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

  • Registration with KMLTTB an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Valid driving licence required.
