Peoplelink Consultants Ltd Housekeeping Supervisor Jobs in Kenya;We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness standards, and lead a team in maintaining hygiene and safety across facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff

  • Assign cleaning duties and prepare staff work schedules

  • Inspect rooms, offices, public areas, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping employees

  • Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials

  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed

  • Report maintenance issues, repairs, and safety hazards to the appropriate department

  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

  • Respond promptly and professionally to cleaning requests and complaints

  • Maintain accurate housekeeping records, attendance, and inventory reports

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new housekeeping staff when required

    Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, or related field

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

  • Experience supervising cleaning operations in a hotel, hospital, office, school, or similar environment is an advantage
