Peoplelink Consultants Ltd Field Service Specialist - USS Jobs in Kenya

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain and service electronic security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Barriers, Bollards, Electric Fences, PAVA, BMS, IPBAX, Intercom Gates and Fire Alarm Systems.

  • Respond promptly to client support calls, troubleshoot technical issues and resolve faults within set timelines.

  • Complete job cards for all assignments, documenting work done and reporting upgrade requirements.

  • Educate and train clients on proper operation of installed security systems.

  • Handle technical complaints professionally, escalate complex issues to management and maintain security and cleanliness of client premises.

    Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant technical field with proven technician experience.

  • Minimum 3 years’ hands‑on experience in the electronics field.

  • Strong knowledge of security‑driven technology solutions, maintenance processes and technical tools.

  • Advanced knowledge of Fire Alarm and BMS system installation, programming and maintenance (advantageous).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
