Peoplelink Consultants Ltd Executive Assistant Manager (Hospitality) Jobs in Kenya



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations across Rooms, F&B and guest‑facing departments, directly overseeing F&B Manager and Front Office Manager.

  • Assist the General Manager in enforcing hotel standards, budgets, SOPs and operational priorities.

  • Track HOD performance, departmental action plans, staffing deployment, inspection routines and service standards.

  • Lead daily and weekly operational briefings, ensuring flagged issues are tracked and resolved.

  • Manage guest feedback, service recovery, VIP visits and cross‑department execution during high occupancy and major events.

  • Review labor costs, rosters, cost‑control initiatives, purchasing discipline and revenue‑improvement efforts with HODs.

  • Act as senior operational decision‑maker in the absence of the General Manager, escalating financial, safety or reputational risks appropriately.

    Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related field.

  • 5–8 years’ progressive hotel operations experience, including management responsibilities.

  • Comprehensive knowledge across front office, housekeeping, F&B, banqueting and hotel administration.

  • Strong leadership, guest‑service recovery, team management and problem‑solving skills.

  • Proven track record coordinating multi‑department operations during high‑volume events.

  • Proficiency in hotel systems, management reporting and basic financial/cost‑control analysis.
