Pension Schemes Administrative Secretary Jobs in KenyaDuties and Responsibilities Handling incoming and outgoing calls
Receiving and directing visitors/members to ensure all queries are handled courteously and professionally
Managing the scheme's registry for both members and service providers to ensure safe storage and quick retrieval of information.
Ensuring members individual files are set up by maintaining membership record
Handling eBoard, Typing and scanning of documents, letters to service providers/members, reports, board papers, memos to ensure proper standards are maintained
Operating office equipment to facilitate office staff to expedite their daily tasks
Handling incoming and outgoing mails and sorts them to ensure accurate data is inputted into the register and proper dispatch of letters is done in a timely manner
Ensuring photocopying and printing of Board documents, members documents, correspondences, reports and letters is always actioned
Capturing data of the benefits claim documents from sponsor into the claim tracking system and received Annual Existence Form hom members to maintain accurate data collection
Making appointments as appropriate for service providers, members, visitors to ensure smooth flow of operations
Supervise office assistant in regard to cleanliness of the office, mail collection/delivery, preparation of tea and serving the same to ensure office premises is always in order
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor degree in Business Related Discipline
5 years relevant experience
Aged between 30-40 years
High level of Integrity
Patient, honest and dependable
