Duties and Responsibilities of the Secretary

  • Ensuring meetings are effectively organized and minutes have taken

  • Maintaining effective records and administration

  • Communication and correspondence

  • Manage office supplies inventory, purchases and place orders as necessary

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly

  • Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings

  • Diploma in secretarial Science & Office Management / related fields from recognized University of College
