Peek Vision Learning Experience Designer Jobs in Kenya;The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) plays a critical role in improving partner and customer capability, confidence, and product adoption through exceptional learning experiences. Working as part of the Training & Support team, the LXD leads the end‑to‑end learning journey — from learner research and discovery through to design, evaluation, and continuous improvement — ensuring learning evolves alongside software and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging digital, blended, and face‑to‑face learning experiences (onboarding, certification, assessments, resources).

  • Translate SME‑authored content into learner‑centred experiences.

  • Align learning journeys with enablement models (Trainer of Trainers, Partner as Trainer).

  • Apply adult learning theory (Knowles, Kolb, ADDIE) and accessibility standards (WCAG).

  • Develop inclusive, multilingual learning for global audiences.

  • Conduct learner research, needs analysis, and skills gap analysis.

  • Define measurable learning outcomes and use analytics for improvement.

  • Audit learning content and ecosystems; develop standards, templates, and governance.

  • Partner with SMEs and cross‑functional teams to facilitate workshops and reviews.

  • Collaborate with product design and instructional design teams to integrate learning into UX and in‑app content.

    Key Attributes

  • Experience in Learning Experience Design or Curriculum Design with teaching/training background.

  • Proven ability
    to transform SME content into engaging, learner‑centred content for diverse audiences.

  • Strong curriculum design, storyboarding, and content writing skills.

  • Solid grounding in adult learning theory and design methodologies.

  • Experience designing assessments, certifications, and applying analytics.

  • Collaboration experience with Product Design/UX teams (Figma, design systems).

  • Excellent written communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

    Desirable Attributes

  • Experience with AI‑assisted learning design tools.

  • Experience creating multimedia learning with authoring tools.

  • Experience supporting organizational change management.

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • BA/MA in Education, Applied Linguistics, or related discipline.

  • Experience with SafetyCulture LMS or similar platforms.
