The Store Manager will oversee overall operations, ensuring food quality, profitability, and excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall restaurant/take‑away operations.

  • Ensure food quality standards and compliance with company SOPs.

  • Manage stock control, purchasing, and orders.

  • Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels.

  • Maximise profitability and meet sales and GP% targets.

  • Motivate and manage staff, including discipline and rosters.

  • Drive the restaurant/take‑away forward as part of a team.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in restaurant or fast‑food service.

  • GAAP/Micros system knowledge advantageous.

  • Strong management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem‑solving ability and leadership qualities.
