The opportunity

PEAS has achieved great things in the last 10 years, and we know we can achieve even more in the next 10 years. So as we move into the next chapter, we’re looking for a Transformation Specialist to join us on this exciting and challenging journey as we work to make the vision a reality.

This is an integral role to delivering an organisation-wide transformation at PEAS, called PEAS NextGen. This transformation will see PEAS radically reduce its dependency on external funding, and drive towards full financial sustainability by 2025.

This role will take ownership of key projects to achieve that, including reviewing the support provided to schools to streamline and rationalize operations, exploring potential new sustainable income streams for PEAS, and delivering system improvements to our central team to deliver higher quality support to schools at an overall lower cost.

The person will be able to solve unstructured problems, focus on achieving project outcomes, and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
