Job Summary MGE consulting group is looking for an exceptionally motivated and experienced Operations Manager for our international team. You will be pivotal in ensuring the service delivery, achieving financial goals, quality and operational objectives. You will need experience within corporate services, regulatory compliance, audit and/or risk management.
Job Duties
Develop strategic and operational objectives to improve company revenue and presence in the respective regions
Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
Managing all operations within the professional services businesses line
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
Budgeting and forecasting to ensure cost effective plans and processes
Oversee business and financial reporting, planning, and auditing
Risk and legal compliance management
Company representative in external stakeholder and business meetings
Lead and manage the teams, work-streams and processes that fall within the scope of the function
Analysis of key operational KPI’s and maintaining team's accountability for results
Liaise with other C-level managers to grow the service businesses, using a measurable business performance system called EOS (www.eosworldwide.com)
Producing business performance reports
Client relationship management and collaboration with partnering organisations
Customer on-boarding and transaction monitoring
Participate in recruitment of senior company roles with HR department
Build alliances and partnerships with other organisations
Build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
Professional Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Business Administration,
Commerce, Economics or any Business related field
A Masters Degree, accounting certification (ACCA/CPA) or legal certification will be an added advantage
Skills
Well-balanced personality, communicative, results- as well as numbers-oriented and possessing a high level of resilience
A minimum of 10 years professional working experience and minimum 3 on a similar position
Ability to shape and implement a business strategy, taking full responsibility for financial performance
Strong process management capability
Solid understanding of financial, strategic and risk management
A track record of providing leadership, direction and guidance to teams of various size
Ability to think and act strategically as well as tactically where appropriate, anticipating future consequences and trends accurately
Good working experience with operations, risk, legal & compliance executives
Experience in professional service company in the financial sector is ideal
Excellent English skills are a must;
