Position Overview:

The Compliance Officer provides overall support for the development and implementation of Pathfinder Country organizational compliance, internal audit, and risk management programs. Assist in the development and implementation of risk management and mitigation plans to ensure compliance with applicable Country and international laws and regulations; donor requirements; and Pathfinder policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

Maintains Pathfinder's library of policies and procedures and compliance training resources. Supports key compliance, internal audit, and risk management assurance activities in Country and, where possible, in other operations within Pathfinder's global footprint.
