Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the development and implementation of PATHs Operations strategy
  • Assist the execution of tested and scalable operations models and programs with a focus on continuous process improvement, internal and external compliance, and overall program impact as well as donor alignment.
  • Collaborate with division partners to implement cross-PATH projects, focusing on analysis of KPIs, evaluation of overall project performance, and assessing recommendations from stakeholders in order to optimize the effectiveness and efficiencies of our structures and systems.
  • Lead PATH’s operations reporting efforts and production and quality assurance for prioritized standard and ad hoc reports related to PATH’s opportunity pipeline and other institutional resource development efforts.
  • Create high-quality reports and dashboards that provide data for monitoring results and driving continuous operational success and identify and collaborate with IT, Finance, GE, and BD to recommend appropriate approaches for capturing and presenting data to a variety of audiences, including infographics.
  • Partner with PATH’s Shared Services teams to evaluate operational readiness in new field presence, including due diligence on the suitability of programming and associated statutory requirements and prerequisites as well as facilitate decision making process, getting operational team buy-in, outlining the rationale for decisions, maintaining the central location of information for future reference, and escalating as needed.


    Required Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health or related field, from an accredited college or university required. Master’s degree in a
    similar field preferred
  • A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience; international development experience preferred.
  • Experienced in project management and or lean six sigma
  • Experience supporting operations diagnostics and continuous improvement plans for complex operations in matrix environment
  • Experience defining metrics and developing reporting/dashboards that are aligned to critical business needs using BI/analytics platforms
  • Experience pulling and analyzing data from Salesforce and data warehouse and knowledge management
  • Experience working with source system administrators and developers to design and develop reports; familiarity with agile methodology preferred.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to cultivate and maintain effective professional relationships with colleagues and contacts in donor and peer organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, client-focused environment, meeting deadlines and on budget
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to apply professional-level knowledge to solve a full range of complex problems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences, in both written and oral form, across geographies
  • Ability to effectively present complex information to non-experts and to facilitate geographically dispersed meetings
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills combined with strong business acumen.
  • Technical skills preferred: Tableau; Salesforce; Microsoft suite, including advanced Excel; Zoom; Slack.
  • Proficiency in English language, French is an added advantage.
