Description

We are seeking to hire a Customer service Intern to professional respond to calls and queries from clients.

As a Customer Intern, your duties will be:

Excellently communicate directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or physically.

Swiftly respond to customer inquiries.

Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints.

Responding and putting clients through on their subscription activation and other issues that may arise.

Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources.

Providing an impeccable service to clients in order to retain them.

Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints as well as actions taken.

Maintain customer databases.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Follow up on customer interactions.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Follow-up of customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 0-1 year work experience.

The Skills needed for the role are:

Great Interpersonal skills.

Excellent Communication skills- verbal and written

Good listening skills.

Problem-solving.

Great attention to detail and accuracy.

Customer service orientation.

Stress tolerance.
