Partners Group Zambia Corporate Sales Manager Jobs

Job Purpose:

To help us meet our customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

The sales manager will be responsible for maximizing the company`s sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

• meeting planned sales goals

• setting individual sales targets with the sales team

Qualifications and Experiences

• Minimum of a Diploma in marketing/ Business

• Degree in business administration or a related field will be added advantage

• A holder of Grade 12 certificate

• Minimum 3 years work experience in advertising, marketing, insurance and sales industries.

• Valid Zambian Driver’s License

Required Attributes and Skills

• Able to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines

• Good communication skills required to work with others to complete the given tasks

• Innovative and creative

• Someone who Confident, Presentable and Able to use own initiative.
