Partner Africa is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to be based in either Nairobi or Johannesburg.

The Executive Director will lead and support a dedicated and committed team across Partner Africa’s offices to expand its reach and deliver the 4-year strategy and business plan.

The ideal candidate must have 8 or more years’ experience with private sector businesses in a development context, preferably in agri-business, beverages, textiles or extractive industries: have an understanding of the business case for ethical trade and workers’ rights, must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a strategic thinker.
