Main purpose of the role:

Will act as sole point of contact between Local Market and Cluster, executing Global and Cluster guidelines/ best practices/ procedures and supporting a proper local cascading and adaptation if necessary.

Key accountabilities:

Go-to-Market/Brand

Ensure consistency of execution of all campaigns defined with Cluster lead, in line with the agreed trading line up. Provide performance analysis and reporting for each one

Check of English translation of locally defined materials (eg. Promotions) provided by lead market team

Contract management support with main agreed suppliers (agreed with Cluster Lead) and invoicing management (including cost tracking for marketing activities).

Budget check: update the marketing budget file on a monthly base, checking actuals against plan. Support the lead market team in the quarterly marketing budget revision.

Trade Marketing

Ensure proper execution of all in-store campaigns, aligned with guidance provided by Cluster lead.

Liaising with PRO’s and mall management to ensure the correct documentation is in place and with stores on time.

Ordering of global POS materials for all campaigns

Liaising with local print suppliers in order to ensure proper production and delivery of all locally adapted campaign materials.

Provide reporting of campaign implementation for all stores and summary of key insights

Support in evaluating local retail activations and requests from malls selecting the relevant ones to be shared and evaluated with Cluster lead.

Media

Following the inputs from Cluster lead execute local Media campaign in line with commercial calendar: evaluate agency proposal, implement and evaluate campaign results.

Support in evaluating local media activations and propose only the more commercially relevant

Brand site update and library management (eg.new products upload and local campaigns)

CRM – Newsletter implementation according to plan shared with Cluster lead

Social Media – daily contact with agency for the social media

activities (editorial plan, community management, reporting)

PR & INFLUENCERS

PR samples management: inventory, returns, orders, stock, giveaways and shipments to the local PR agency/influencers/magazines

Support in coordinating local events together with the local PR agency

KPI’s:

Obtaining/ maintaining requirements of all necessary licenses in a timely manner

Keeping the management and concerned employees informed on any new regulations and processes that might effect the business.

Candidate Description

Educational background:

Vocational/Technical; Associates Degree; Bachelor; Master; PhD

Field of study:

Marketing, Consumer insights

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

3+ years of solid experience working within Marketing

Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry

Experience from global organisation

Fluent in English – verbally and written

Understanding of market requirements and timings – experience within Middle East markets preferable

Personal Competencies:

High cultural intelligence and awareness

Proven planning, coordination, influencing and implementation skills

Insight into modern marketing platforms and media

Able to focus on details without losing overall perspective

Team player with strong interpersonal and clear communication skills

Ability to adapt and respond to dynamic and ever changing work situations and environments.

Solid business acumen skills and problem-solving attitude.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office
