Paint Company Industrial Sales Officer Jobs in Nairobi, Kenya

Our Client, a Leading and the most innovative paint company in East Africa providing tailor made solutions to the construction and retail segments of the market with innovative products, services and world class after-sales support is urgently seeking to hire talented Industrial Sales Officer.

The successful candidate will sell automotive and industrial products to meet set sales goals as receiving and reporting client feedback to improve current products and developing new ones.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Achieve automotive and industrial sales revenue and collection targets.

Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.

Execute specific plans to ensure sales revenue growth.

Investigate and address issues pertaining to underperforming customer accounts.

Collect customer feedback and conduct market research.

Adhere to credit control policies and procedures.

Lead implementation of EHS, QMS and other continual improvement initiatives

To perform any other duties as required by Management.

Key Competencies & Qualifications:

Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any other related field from a recognized institution.

Excellent communication skills (fluency in English and Swahili languages).

Excellent presentation and Negotiation Skills.

Ability to convert leads to sales.

Good trouble-shooting skills; computer proficiency is critical.

Flexibility in terms of working hours and frequent travels mainly within Kenya.
