Oxfam Logistics & Admin Assistant Jobs in Kenya


Job Purpose

To perform administrative tasks supporting delivery of a clearly defined work area within the unit, enabling colleagues to be more effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to logistics and finance functions.

  • Assist in procurement, property management, and HR coordination tasks.

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for operational activities.

  • Support preparation of reports, meeting notes, and communications.

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of business support services.

  • Contribute to compliance with Oxfam International policies and donor guidelines.

    Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in Administration, Logistics, Finance, or related field.

  • Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably within NGOs or international organizations.

  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Fluency in English; Kiswahili an advantage.
