    The Role

  • The Country Director will be responsible to implement Oxfam Vision which aims to create a stronger Oxfam that is globally coordinated and relevant in every country in which we work.

  • With support from the Country Governance Groups and the Regional Director, the Country Director will deliver the new and exciting Oxfam Strategic Framework (2020-30) which aims to create a stronger but humble Oxfam that is part of a diversified and globally balanced network
