Description

  • OWS Development Fund /OWS-DF/’s activities mainly cover Somali Region and Head Office bases in Jigjiga City.

  • Our Addis Ababa office is looking for a competent finance administrator and office assistant.

    Finance and Office Assistant is responsible for:

  • Assisting OWS-DF’s relations with donors, UN agencies, INGOs and private foundations

  • Assisting with office tasks related to government offices

  • Attending Meetings representing the office upon delegation

  • Being contact person at the office

  • Handling travel arrangements for staffs
    handling finance related tasks
    other office administration tasks

    The duties and responsibilities include

  • providing other administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office through a variety of tasks related to document organization and communication.

  • The position requires strong command of English language and computer usage skills.

    Job Requirements

    Experience (minimum)

  • 2 Years for BSc. Or 1year for MSc. in finance administration / accounting. NGO experience is plus.

    Education (minimum)

  • BSc or MSc in Accounting or Business administration
