Outsource Nigeria Relationship Manager - Osun Jobs ; The Osun Relationship Manager will oversee the day-to-day relationship with mobile money agents, ensuring high performance and expansion of financial services within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners in Osun.

Drive agent activation, transaction growth, and retention.

Monitor daily transaction trends, liquidity issues, and agent downtime.

Conduct agent training sessions on new products and services.

Support complaint resolution and promote agent satisfaction.

Liaise with regional and central support teams to resolve escalations.

Ensure strict compliance with all financial and operational procedures.

Collect and report data for performance tracking and analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fintech, banking, or mobile money sectors.

Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the state.

Strong organizational, reporting, and interpersonal skills
