Outsource Nigeria Regional Manager - Mobile Money Operations Jobs ; The Lagos RM will drive business growth across the Lagos region by managing field agents, building partnerships, and ensuring service availability.The role includes oversight of agent onboarding, monitoring transaction volumes, and delivering regional KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead agent recruitment, activation, and performance monitoring.

Ensure availability and uptime of services across agent locations.

Drive transaction growth and agent profitability across Lagos.

Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and company standards.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute regional campaigns.

Lead, coach, and supervise the regional sales and support teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

5+ years of experience in mobile money, agency banking, or fintech operations.

Strong leadership and territory management skills.

Proven ability to grow and manage distributed teams.
