Outsource Nigeria MMO Relationship Manager - Lagos Jobs ; The Lagos MMO RM will drive operational success and agent/merchant network performance across Lagos.
The role is strategic, focusing on deepening relationships, improving service delivery, and scaling transactions in high-density areas.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strong working relationships with key mobile money agents and merchants.

Lead initiatives to grow wallet adoption, agent performance, and revenue in Lagos.

Provide proactive support to agents, ensuring platform uptime and liquidity availability.

Execute territory growth plans in collaboration with product and marketing teams.

Supervise a team of Field Officers or Area Officers, monitoring their KPIs.

Monitor market competition and recommend improvements to product and pricing strategy.

Drive compliance with KYC, AML, and other MMO regulatory requirements.

Prepare and deliver weekly reports and insights on field operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business or related field.

4 - 6 years of experience in mobile money, fintech, or digital banking.

Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale operations in urban and peri-urban areas.

Advanced problem-solving and communication skills.

Knowledge of Lagos market and digital financial

services behavior.
