Outsource Nigeria Chief Operating Officer Jobs ; The COO is responsible for overseeing the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. As a key senior management team member, the COO ensures operational excellence across departments, optimizes processes, and drives scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.

Oversee daily operations of the company (including product, customer service, IT, logistics, and agent management).

Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient service delivery and achievement of KPIs.

Drive operational efficiency through automation, technology, and process re-engineering.

Monitor performance by analyzing data and metrics.

Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.

Report on operational performance and suggest improvements to the CEO.

Build a high-performing team and a strong organizational culture.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

MBA or equivalent preferred.

10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.

Proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-growing company.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.
