We seek to recruit mature and dedicated persons for an FMCG industry in Kenya for the following vacancy


1. Outlook Limited Accountant Jobs in Kenya

  • Ensuring the general ledger is well posted and reconciled on a monthly basis.
  • To lead the financial and management accounting functions
  • To manage the day to day banking, receivables and payables functions, and liaise with the relevant agencies.
  • To manage taxation issues and lead on completion of annual accounts

    Management accounting:

  • Lead and manage both the financial and management accounting teams ensuring staff is developed and communication is open and clear.
  • Contribute to the corporate plan providing and delivering own departmental action plans and supporting other action plans where required.
  • Manage the risk profile in the departmental to identify and minimize operational risks.
  • As a member of the finance team play a pro-active role in the wider management of the depart capacity

    Knowledge/ skills/ Experience

  • Have a CPA (K) with 3 years in a similar role within FMCG industry.
  • Bachelor degree in B.Com/BA (Finance/Accounts or related degree will be an added advantage);
  • Has leadership capability and able to work long hours

    2. Outlook Limited Fleet Supervisor Jobs in Kenya - post (1)

  • Maintain an up to date database of all vehicles and motorbikes and the logbooks.
  • Oversee and ensure timely repairs, maintenance, and reports of all company fleet.
  • Prepare a periodic budget and plan for procurement of tools spare part.
  • Advice staff on accidents matters and follow up on accidents cases with relevant garage.
  • Report any damages on the
    company vehicles to the supervisor within the lead time.
  • Liaise with the fuel provider and maintain cordial relationships to ensure that the vehicles are within the limit and are in proper working condition.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the status of the fleet, fuel consumption against budget & W&T compared to productivity.
  • Overseeing insurance claims processing in respect to motor vehicle accidents/theft.

    Knowledge/ Skills/Experience

  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair tools with accuracy and speed.
  • Automotive engineering/motor vehicle mechanic certificate with 3 year experience with a good track record using fleet tracking system.
  • A valid certificate of good conduct, a clean driving license, computer literacy and good communication skills
