Orchid HR Outsourcing Warehouse Supervisor Jobs in Kenya;We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily labour deployment and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient, safe and compliant execution of vessel unloading, loading, blending support and housekeeping activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, stacking, blending support, loading and dispatch.

  • Allocate and coordinate manpower across handlers, riggers, tally clerks, forklift operators, technicians and support staff.

  • Plan and manage warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch.

  • Monitor stacking standards, FIFO/stock rotation and 5S housekeeping.

  • Coordinate inventory receipt counting and accuracy checks with Dispatch Officers.

  • Optimize workflows and space utilization to reduce turnaround times.

  • Enforce site safety rules, PPE compliance and mobile‑device policy.

  • Maintain attendance registers, shift reports and productivity records.

  • Submit daily shift reports to Dispatch Officers.

  • Monitor team productivity and throughput against KPI targets.

  • Coordinate seasonal ramp‑up of crews and mobilize manpower during high season.

  • Provide clear direction, coaching and performance feedback to staff.

  • Act as first point of escalation for operational issues and
    support grievance resolution.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ warehouse logistics or port operations experience, with 1–2 years supervisory.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate large teams (50+ workers).

  • Working knowledge of warehouse/inventory systems; WMS/ERP experience advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

    Mandatory Certifications

  • Occupational Health & Safety awareness training (or willingness to complete HESQ induction).
