Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

  • Identify and develop new customer and business opportunities.

  • Conduct regular customer visits and introduce products and solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and enquiries.

  • Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and opportunities.

  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.

  • Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and medical events.

  • Collaborate with sales, customer care, procurement, and logistics teams.

  • Continuously develop product knowledge and healthcare market understanding.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nursing, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical sales, healthcare, customer service, or business development.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
