One Acre Fund Tupande Product Quality Supervisor Jobs in Kenya;Ensure execution of quality assurance activities within the warehouse, overseeing product quality processes, compliance, documentation, and inventory accuracy. Maintain adherence to safety SOPs and regulatory requirements while supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Quality & Inventory Accuracy

  • Verify inbound accuracy between delivery notes and physical stock.

  • Ensure dispatch accuracy for correct batches and quantities.

  • Maintain precise bin records for all items.

  • Enforce 100% FEFO/FIFO compliance to minimize expiry variance.

  • Ensure internal transfer (IWT) booking and dispatch accuracy.

  • Maintain warehouse standards for stacking, hygiene, and temperature monitoring.

    PQ Processes Execution
  • Supervise auditing, sorting, labelling, and execution of PQ processes.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of PQ activities for compliance and government requirements.

    Career Growth and Development
  • Participate in weekly check‑ins, mentorship, and training programs.

  • Receive regular feedback and career reviews every six months.

  • Shape organizational growth and build a rewarding long‑term career.

    Requirements for Appointment

  • Technical and data analysis skills to track batches and analyze bin accuracy.

  • Process optimization skills to improve warehouse flow and reduce loading times.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and storage requirements for seed, fertilizer, and solar products.

  • Risk management skills to identify safety risks and prevent theft or damage.

  • Clear interpersonal and communication skills for smooth warehouse operations.
