One Acre Fund Tupande Procurement Contracts Management Senior Coordinator Jobs in Kenya;The Contracts Management Senior Coordinator is responsible for contracting processes within the procurement department, including management of Long‑Term Agreements (LTAs), supplier performance evaluation and cross‑functional support for strategic procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting & Tender Management

Run tenders and establish contracts for strategic and high‑value purchases.

Identify cost‑saving opportunities through supplier relationships.

Improve contracting and tendering processes for efficiency.

Set target prices, align with stakeholders and negotiate favorable terms.

Odoo Contracting Support

Act as Odoo tender master user.

Deliver ad‑hoc and scheduled training.

Run tenders through Odoo and support suppliers.

Contract Planning & Management

Prepare annual tender calendar and review quarterly.

Monitor contract expiry and renewals.

Review market trends and advise on risks or price changes.

Lead contracting initiatives and report cost‑savings.

Provide cross‑country support on global procurement projects.

Supplier Management & Evaluation

Organize supplier meetings to minimize supply challenges.

Manage bi‑annual supplier evaluations and categorize suppliers.

Create performance reports and improvement plans.

Ensure contractual commitments are respected, including timely payments.

People Management

Manage up to 2 direct reports.

Conduct performance reviews and provide tailored support.

Lead weekly check‑ins and assign training as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Procurement & Supply Chain or related field.

3+ years in contracts or legal operations.

Cross‑functional experience with legal, finance and operations.

Ability to draft/review contracts and flag risks.

Experience managing contract trackers and renewals.

Strong data analysis skills.

Supplier meeting and performance review experience.

Clear communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Solid understanding of contract law in procurement.

Familiarity with contract lifecycle (drafting, negotiation, renewal).

Awareness of commercial risks (inflation, pricing volatility).
